INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS

1. Date and Venue
The meeting is planned from 19 to 21 March 2013 at APSCO Headquarters, Beijing, China.

2. Registration
The Registration Counter will open at 09:00-09:30 on 19 March 2013 on the ground floor of APSCO Headquarters. On the first day of the meeting (19 March), APSCO staff will meet you at the Schonbrunn Hotel Lobby at 8:30 am. Please be in the Lobby on time.

3. Accommodation
The accommodation will be arranged at Schonbrunn Hotel. The rooms are booked for single occupancy and include complimentary breakfast. The hotel contact is:

Note: Please check out before 14:00, a half-day price (￥240) will be charged afterwards; a full-day price (￥480) will be charged if the check-out time exceeded 18:00. Please make sure about the complimentary services from the lobby reception. The telephone call, laundry, snacks, drinks, items in the Mini-Bar etc. are NOT FREE; if it is availed then the charge will be paid by the guests.

4. Transportation
Taxi from and to the airport will be provided by APSCO.

5. Currency
The exchange rate is around US$ 1 = RMB 6.15
