Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made by 31 august: Reimbursement of 100% of the conference fee (Subtracted by the bank transfer costs)
Cancellations made by 7 september: Reimbursement of 50% of the conference fee (Subtracted by the bank transfer costs)
Cancellations made after 7 September: NO Reimbursement
